Maintenance Technician (2nd/3rd Shift)
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 2nd shift - 3pm to 11:30pm, 3rd shift - 11pm to 7:30am
Pay Rate: $25/hr to $35/hr Depending heavily on years of experience, CNC diagnostics capability, and PLC/robotics exposure).

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly through high-level troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. Your day-to-day will involve:
Mechanical & Electrical Systems: Reading blueprints and schematics, troubleshooting 480V systems, AC/DC voltage testing, and inspecting/replacing ball screws, bearings, and hydraulic/pneumatic components.
CNC Controls: Performing general diagnostics, interpreting alarms, machine recovery, and parameter backups.
Automation & Robotics: Basic PLC ladder reading, HMI navigation, sensor troubleshooting, and robot recovery/alarm interpretation.
Safety & Operations: Strictly adhering to LO/TO, Arc Flash, and PPE safety protocols while interacting with CMMS software to track preventative/predictive maintenance.
A strong mechanical inclination with hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems, machine control panels, automation, and robotics.
A solid understanding of machine diagnostics and a desire to learn new machine types.
Proficiency with basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and CMMS software).
Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift between 10 and 80 lbs.
A quality-oriented, reliable professional with an excellent attendance record who can serve as a great role model on the shop floor.
