Schedules and performs regular preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment. Responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control components (., photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachometers, encoders, and human machine interfaces). Has the knowledge and ability to perform machinery repairs normally performed by OEM service personal. Facilitate training in regards to Robotic and CNC repairs and programming. Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining relay logic circuits and electro-fluid power systems. Provides assistance and training to Technicians with less experience and knowledge.
