What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities)In this role, you will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, serving as the primary point of contact for customers. Your day-to-day will include:
Answering inbound customer calls with professionalism, high energy, and a helpful attitude.
Problem-solving on the fly by researching information across multiple resources to resolve customer concerns and complaints.
Providing accurate information about products, services, and general inquiries.
Documenting details flawlessly by entering customer data into the system, completing call logs, and generating reports.
Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Conducting follow-up calls to ensure a stellar customer experience.
We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running. The ideal match includes:
Experience: At least 1+ years of customer service experience specifically within a call center environment.
Sales Savvy: Previous experience selling products or services over the phone is highly valued.
Tech-Skills: Strong data entry, fast typing, and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, paired with active listening skills.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Background: Must be 18 years of age or older and willing to undergo a criminal background check and drug screen.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
