PrideStaff Murrieta Territory is looking for a talented individual with a proven track record of consistent success in customer service, sales, recruiting and working one-on-one with individuals. We need a person who has consistently demonstrated the ability to:
Deliver exceptional customer service
Increase client base through inside sales activities
Expand service lines with current clients
Consistently exceed key performance goals
Follow a proven recipe for success
Effectively communicate with a wide range of people
Work in a fast paced, goal oriented team environment
This position will report directly into the Owner of PrideStaff Ontario Territory.
Responsibilities:
Work with local businesses and their executives to develop relationships and customized strategies
Develop and grow client base through the sales of temporary, temporary to hire and or full time staffing solutions
Proactively market top candidates to businesses within the market / territory
Call prospects to set appointments for the outside sales team
Work with current clients to promote additional services
Consistently provide client experiences focused on what the client values most
Recruit top level administrative and light industrial staffing candidates
Interview to identify the best work opportunities for staffing candidates
Provide consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added career guidance
Interview and administer evaluations to assess experience and skill level of candidates
Select the right candidate to fulfill client job orders
Maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates to ensure both receive exceptional customer service
Manage the complete recruiting, interviewing hiring, placement and administrative process
Job Requirement:
The ideal candidate For the Staffing Consultant Position has the following skills and characteristics:
At least two years proven experience in a professional environment
Ability to resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently
Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable with inside sales prospect cold calling
Ability to influence and consult with others
Ability to establish and maintain relationships
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
College degree preferred
Bilingual preferred. (English/Spanish)
