Job Description:
- Arrives early to open shop and prepare for the day to start work at opening
- Directed focus of priority forms to strip/pour (ordered/sold) and stock
- Strip and yard (seal if necessary) finished products
- Oil (rebar if necessary) stripped forms
- Operate forklifts
- Load customers by hand or with forklift
- Assist accomplishing miscellaneous processes
- Clean work area
- Communicate need for restock of low supplies weekly
- Operate concrete mixer and cranes
- Closes up shop at the end of day
Hard Skills:
- Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly with good body mechanics
- Read and use tape measure
- Able to use various hand and power tools
- Able to perform simple math and geometry
