Job Description Job Description Job Description: Arrives early to open shop and prepare for the day to start work at opening Directed focus of priority forms to strip/pour (ordered/sold) and stock Strip and yard (seal if necessary) finished products Oil (rebar if necessary) stripped forms Operate forklifts Load customers by hand or with forklift Assist accomplishing miscellaneous processes Clean work area Communicate need for restock of low supplies weekly Operate concrete mixer and cranes Closes up shop at the end of day Hard Skills: Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly with good body mechanics Read and use tape measure Able to use various hand and power tools Able to perform simple math and geometry
