Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Garden Grove, CA
Pay Range: $23-$28/hr
- Shift: 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday or
- 2nd shift 10:00am-6:30pm
- Overtime most Saturdays
What's the Job?
- Troubleshoot, support, and repair all production equipment
- Determine materials, parts, and equipment needed for repairs, installation, and stock management
- Install, inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and related systems across all departments
- Coordinate and participate in scheduled and preventive maintenance activities
- Inspect and maintain steam, heating, cooling, and water treatment systems throughout the plant
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and systems
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
