Job Title: Operations & Cleanroom Technician
Location: Clinton, Connecticut
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour (based on experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Operations & Cleanroom Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in compliance with strict quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient, high-quality production
- Inspect products to ensure they meet established quality standards
- Assemble products according to detailed drawings and specifications
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all work areas
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols to control airborne particles and bioburden
- Clean and disinfect work surfaces and controlled environments per established schedules
- Accurately complete and maintain production and compliance documentation
- Pull inventory for production and return excess materials post-production
- Report non-conforming materials, low inventory levels, or compliance issues to the Production Supervisor
- Participate in production meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist management with the creation, review, and execution of batch production records
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 40-50 lbs
