Job Description Job Description Job Title: Operations & Cleanroom Technician Location: Clinton, Connecticut Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour (based on experience) Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Operations & Cleanroom Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in compliance with strict quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to support efficient, high-quality production Inspect products to ensure they meet established quality standards Assemble products according to detailed drawings and specifications Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all work areas Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Adhere to cleanroom protocols to control airborne particles and bioburden Clean and disinfect work surfaces and controlled environments per established schedules Accurately complete and maintain production and compliance documentation Pull inventory for production and return excess materials post-production Report non-conforming materials, low inventory levels, or compliance issues to the Production Supervisor Participate in production meetings and continuous improvement initiatives Assist management with the creation, review, and execution of batch production records Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive tasks Must be able to lift up to 40-50 lbs Note: Pay is based on experience.
