Medicus has partnered with a hospital in southern Georgia that has an opening for a skilled Hospitalist to provide locum coverage.
This opportunity offers a manageable patient census, a mix of acuity, and strong access to specialty support in a collaborative care environment.
About the Opening:
- Schedule: 7p-7a
- No call requirement
- 122 beds
- Daily Census: 18-22 patients
- Mixed acuity patient population
- Will round in the open ICU
- Vent management required
- Specialty Support Staff: Critical care, cardiology, surgery, orthopedics, urology, nephrology, tele-ID, tele-psych, and tele-neurology
- EMR: Meditech
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
