Tele-Plus Corporation is looking for experienced Low Voltage Alarm Installation & Service Technicians to join our growing team. As part of our team, you'll install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain commercial and residential low-voltage systems while delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

• Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain:
• • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Burglar Alarm Systems
  • Access Control Systems
  • Video Surveillance (CCTV)
  • Other low-voltage systems
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Educate customers on the proper operation of their systems
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time
• Meet or exceed quality and performance expectations
• Operate a company vehicle safely and professionally
• Travel to customer locations as needed

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years installing or servicing:
• • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Security Systems
  • Access Control
  • CCTV/Video Surveillance
  • Other low-voltage electrical systems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer and networking knowledge
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Comfortable climbing ladders and operating aerial lifts
• Ability to work overtime and travel when required
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
