Job Description Job Description Join the Tele-Plus Team Tele-Plus Corporation is looking for experienced Low Voltage Alarm Installation & Service Technicians to join our growing team. As part of our team, you'll install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain commercial and residential low-voltage systems while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain: Fire Alarm Systems Burglar Alarm Systems Access Control Systems Video Surveillance (CCTV) Other low-voltage systems Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Educate customers on the proper operation of their systems Complete service documentation accurately and on time Meet or exceed quality and performance expectations Operate a company vehicle safely and professionally Travel to customer locations as needed Qualifications We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional service. Preferred Experience 2+ years installing or servicing: Fire Alarm Systems Security Systems Access Control CCTV/Video Surveillance Other low-voltage electrical systems Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Mechanical aptitude Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Basic computer and networking knowledge Ability to safely use hand and power tools Comfortable climbing ladders and operating aerial lifts Ability to work overtime and travel when required Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening Experience with the Following Is a Plus DMP Genetec Exacq Axis DSX Honeywell EST Kidde What We Offer At Tele-Plus Corporation, we invest in our employees through ongoing training, career development, and a supportive team environment.
