Label Finisher Operator
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-3:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Label Finisher Operator to set up, operate, and maintain label-finishing equipment, including rewinders, slitters, die-cutters, laminators, and inspection systems.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate label-finishing equipment according to production orders.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic machine adjustments.
- Read and interpret production orders and job specifications.
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or label-finishing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Dependable with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
