Job Description Job Description Label Finisher Operator Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-3:00 PM We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Label Finisher Operator to set up, operate, and maintain label-finishing equipment, including rewinders, slitters, die-cutters, laminators, and inspection systems. Responsibilities Set up and operate label-finishing equipment according to production orders. Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic machine adjustments. Read and interpret production orders and job specifications. Package finished products and prepare them for shipment. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety and quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or label-finishing. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail and quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Dependable with good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Schedule: 2nd Shift (1:30 PM - 9:00 PM) AND 3rd shift (9:30 PM-6:00 AM) Key Responsibilities Operate production machines/equipment. Document production time, yield, and scrap for each production order. Label and return unused raw materials to the preparation area. Monitor machine performance and assist with material replenishment. Support continuous machine operation to maintain production efficiency.
