Established restaurant owners opening a new concept in Burleson looking for an experienced Sous Chef. This new location will have an elevated dining atmosphere and menu. A chef with Italian or Steakhouse experience who can manage kitchen operations focusing on supervision, food preparation, and staff training would be an ideal fit.
Responsibilities
- Support new store launch activities and related culinary operations
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff
- Oversee food preparation to ensure consistency and quality
- Implement and uphold menu standards and recipe consistency
- Train and develop kitchen staff
