The Assistant Director of the Enrollment Service Center supports the Director in managing daily operations to ensure efficient and effective student services. This role focuses on process improvement, operational oversight, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsible for demonstrating LSSC's core values of Caring, Communicating, Collaborating, and Celebrating when interacting with students, employees, visitors, and community members.

- Communication Channel Oversight: Ensure all communication channels are staffed to provide prompt responses to student interactions via phone, email, text, or in person.
- Inbox Management: Maintain a regular schedule for clearing all inboxes to uphold a high level of customer service.
- Staffing Coordination: Collaborate with campus leaders to ensure all campuses are adequately staffed to assist students, prospective students, and community members in person.
- Salesforce Management: Oversee the active completion of tasks in Salesforce and provide support to staff members who are falling behind.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure staff are delivering high-quality customer service and perform quality assurance checks to maintain service standards.
- Training Support: Assist with process or programmatic training as required to enhance staff competencies.
- Workflow Supervision: Ensure that workflow requests are processed within associated deadlines to maintain operational efficiency.
- Event Participation: Assist with New Student Admission Reviews (NSARs) and other campus-related events about enrollment to ensure successful execution.
- Knowledge of college admissions and policies.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of students, staff, and community populations.

- Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two 2 years of experience in a higher education setting or other related area.
- Experience in enrollment management, student services, or a related area.
- Evidence of customer service and service delivery experience.
- Preferred:
- Master's degree from an accredited institution.
