Description
:Utilizes the nursing process to effectively assess the needs of patients; identify a plan of care; and implement and evaluate the care given. Coordinates and directs care given by other team members. Addresses system issues to facilitate the provision of quality efficient care. The incumbent provides oversight and management of operational, regulatory, and business processes across the department. The position leads the department in facilitating change, fostering innovation and self-development to achieve excellence in operations, patient safety and quality. Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, time management, and problem solving skills required.Education
Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience
Required: At least one year of management experience
Preferred: One year experience in area of specialization
