Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Hybrid - 3-4 days onsite per week minimum (100% onsite during onboarding/training)Compensation: $98,000 - $125,000 annuallyBonus: Target 10% annual incentive

Position Overview

MITER Brands is seeking an analytical, proactive, and results-driven Senior Treasury Analyst to support and lead key treasury functions across the organization.

This role is highly visible and impactful. You will partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and senior finance leadership to optimize liquidity, improve processes, and drive working capital efficiency. This role also plays a key part in ongoing initiatives such as treasury automation, payment optimization, and system enhancements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working "in the weeds," but also wants to analyze data, provide insights, and influence strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Operations

Oversee daily cash positioning across multiple bank accounts and entitiesLead cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning, providing actionable insightsManage banking relationships and serve as primary point of contactSupport optimization of treasury structure (, reducing and consolidating bank accounts)Manage credit instruments, including letters of creditSupport implementation of payment automation and electronic payment strategiesAssist with financial risk management, including commodity hedging (, aluminum)

Debt Management

Administer corporate debt, including compliance tracking, reporting, and reconciliationsMonitor debt covenants and borrowing base calculationsEnsure timely principal and interest paymentsSupport refinancing efforts, financing strategies, and lender relationshipsAssist with debt-related financial disclosures

Insurance & Risk Management

Oversee property and casualty insurance program, including renewals and claims trackingPartner with brokers and internal stakeholders on coverage and risk exposureManage insurance documentation, schedules, and compliance requirementsAdminister surety bond portfolio

Financial Analysis & Process Improvement

Develop and enhance treasury reporting, dashboards, and forecasting modelsAnalyze bank fees, debt costs, and insurance spend for optimization opportunitiesDrive initiatives to improve cash conversion cycle and working capital performanceIdentify opportunities to accelerate collections and optimize payment processesLead process improvements including automation and system enhancementsSupport audits and month-end/year-end close processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial operationsStrong understanding of:Cash management and liquidityCorporate debt and financingFinancial risk and insurance programsGAAP and accounting principles related to treasuryAdvanced Excel skills (financial modeling, data analysis, pivots, lookups)Experience in multi-entity or complex organizations preferredExperience with Oracle Fusion and/or Workday Adaptive Planning is a plusStrong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines and competing prioritiesProven ability to drive process improvements and cross-functional initiativesExcellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
