REQUIRED PROCEDURES

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: BC required (Certified)
  • Licenses: Active NC license
  • DEA: NC DEA required
  • Experience: Actively delivering babies; must submit case logs for past 24 months
  • Other Qualifications: Must be currently enrolled with PECOS as a provider; NC Medicaid credential required; must be fully vaccinated; no recent or open malpractice cases
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Round on patients and provide ongoing obstetrical and gynecological care
  • Be on-call for emergent C-sections and vaginal deliveries
  • Perform emergent GYN procedures as needed
  • Coordinate high-risk transfers to New Hanover Regional or Cape Fear Valley for NICU care
  • Maintain availability within 20 minutes per hospital bylaws
