- Patient Volume/Census: Up to 21 patients/day
- Case Mix: Community Health Center, vulnerable populations, migrants, refugees
- EMR System: Epic
- Credentialing Timeline: 2-3 weeks
- Licenses: Active WA license required
- Board: BC/BE in Pediatrics
- DEA: Active WA DEA required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (to be discussed/determined during credentialing)
- Experience: Clean background, experienced with Epic
- Other Qualifications: COVID and Flu vaccination required
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care for patients from newborns to age 18 in an outpatient community health center setting.
- Manage a high-volume patient schedule, seeing up to 21 patients per day in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize Epic EMR for all clinical documentation and patient charting.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including medical assistants, mental health therapists, and dietitians.
- Deliver culturally competent care to a diverse patient population, including migrants and refugees.
