Department: External Affairs

Reports To: Senior Vice President of Philanthropy

FLSA Status: Full-Time Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY

The Corporate Engagement Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic corporate relationships that generate philanthropic revenue, sponsorship support, employee engagement opportunities, volunteer participation, and long-term partnerships for Envision Unlimited.

This position serves as the primary relationship manager for corporate partners and prospects and is responsible for building a sustainable pipeline of corporate supporters that align with Envision Unlimited's mission and growth priorities.

The Corporate Engagement Manager works collaboratively with the Senior Vice President of Philanthropy, Events & Sponsorship Manager, Marketing & Communications Team, and program leadership to create meaningful engagement opportunities that result in increased corporate investment, community visibility, and mission impact.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate Partnership Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate engagement strategy that supports organizational revenue goals.

• Identify, research, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate prospects and partners.

• Build relationships with corporate decision-makers including executives, community relations leaders, HR leaders, DEI leaders, foundation representatives, and employee engagement teams.

• Develop customized partnership proposals that align corporate objectives with Envision Unlimited's mission and strategic priorities.

• Create opportunities for multi-year corporate investments.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to advance high-capacity corporate relationships.

Corporate Revenue Generation

• Secure philanthropic support through:

  • Corporate Contributions
  • Sponsorship Investments
  • Workplace Giving Programs
  • Employee Giving Campaigns
  • Matching Gifts
  • Cause Marketing Partnerships
  • Foundation Referrals
  • Event Sponsorships

• Manage proposal development and partnership negotiations.

• Ensure timely stewardship and reporting to corporate supporters.

• Monitor progress toward revenue goals and pipeline benchmarks.

Corporate Sponsorship Strategy

• Partner with the Events & Sponsorship Manager to develop annual sponsorship strategies and revenue goals.

• Assist in securing event sponsorships for:

  • Bright Futures Ball
  • Over The Edge
  • Summer of Cycling
  • Donor Stewardship Events
  • Donor Acquisition Events

• Participate in sponsor cultivation and solicitation meetings.

• Support sponsor renewals and multi-event sponsorship opportunities.

Corporate Volunteer Engagement

• Collaborate with the Development & Volunteer Stewardship Senior Coordinator to develop corporate volunteer opportunities.

• Leverage volunteer experiences as a pathway to deeper corporate engagement and investment.

• Create strategies to convert volunteer groups into donors, sponsors, and long-term partners.

• Track volunteer participation and engagement outcomes.

Relationship Management

• Manage a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects.

• Maintain accurate records and engagement plans within Salesforce.

• Develop annual engagement strategies for key corporate relationships.

• Coordinate executive and board engagement with corporate prospects.

• Ensure all follow-up activities are completed in a timely manner.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to maximize partner recognition and visibility.

• Partner with program leadership to identify meaningful engagement opportunities.

• Work closely with the Events & Sponsorship Manager to ensure sponsor benefits are delivered effectively.

• Coordinate with Finance on pledge tracking and revenue reporting.


Salary Range - $75,000 - $85,000


Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, or related field required.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate fundraising, business development, sales, sponsorships, account management, or nonprofit development.
  • Demonstrated success securing and managing corporate partnerships.
  • Experience managing revenue goals and relationship portfolios.
