What You ll Do
- Provide specialized neonatal care for infants in a Level III NICU setting
- Manage critically ill newborns with respiratory issues, sepsis, seizures, or VLBW/micropreemies
- Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, invasive lines, and ventilator management including iNO and oscillators
- Assist in stabilizing surgical cases for transport and support families and team members
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatrics, neurology, infectious disease, and consultants from renowned hospitals
What You Need
- Required:
- Board certified or eligible in Neonatology
- NRP certification
- Valid license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Michigan
- Experience with NICU procedures and ventilator management
- Preferred:
- Prior experience in a Level III NICU setting
- Skills in advanced neonatal procedures and critical care
