What You ll Do
  • Provide specialized neonatal care for infants in a Level III NICU setting
  • Manage critically ill newborns with respiratory issues, sepsis, seizures, or VLBW/micropreemies
  • Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, invasive lines, and ventilator management including iNO and oscillators
  • Assist in stabilizing surgical cases for transport and support families and team members
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatrics, neurology, infectious disease, and consultants from renowned hospitals
What You Need
  • Required:
    • Board certified or eligible in Neonatology
    • NRP certification
    • Valid license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Michigan
    • Experience with NICU procedures and ventilator management
  • Preferred:
    • Prior experience in a Level III NICU setting
    • Skills in advanced neonatal procedures and critical care
