Title: Senior Escrow Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full escrow process for residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Review contracts, legal documents, and escrow instructions for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare closing documents, prorations, and financial calculations.
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, agents, buyers, and sellers to ensure timely closings.
- Resolve escrow-related issues and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the closing process.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Escrow Officer (preferred).
- Active Escrow Officer License (required).
- Hands-on experience with the Qualia system (required).
- Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, real estate contracts, and legal documentation.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts.
- Excellent customer communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Basic math skills for escrow calculations and prorations.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales and marketing experience is a plus.
- Must be located within 25 miles of Houston, TX and able to work on-site.
