Job Description Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team in a full-time, in-office capacity. This role works closely with attorneys on family law matters throughout Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Bucks, and Philadelphia Counties. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, highly organized professional who can independently manage case responsibilities, anticipate attorney needs, and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities • Draft, prepare, and file pleadings with courts in Montgomery and Chester Counties. • Manage family law case files from intake through final resolution. • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining professional and timely communication. • Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, experts, and third parties. • Track discovery deadlines and oversee document collection and production. • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, hearing materials, and related litigation support. • Arrange and monitor service of process. • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, court appearances, and scheduling logistics. • Maintain organized file management systems and outgoing correspondence. Qualifications • Minimum of 3-5 years of direct Family Law Paralegal experience within a law firm • Hands-on experience with family law pleadings, filings, and court procedures in local Pennsylvania jurisdictions. • Proven success working in a fast-paced law firm environment. • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain high ethical standards. • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and deadline management. • Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive family law matters. .
