Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new delivery program launching in your area. You will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. This role involves working closely with a Field Manager and local contractors to visit potential businesses, pitch program opportunities, qualify businesses, assist them through the application process, drive referrals, and coordinate recruitment events.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
  • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest among prospective businesses.
  • Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing pipeline activities in Salesforce.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
  • Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly to ensure updated records.
Essential Skills
  • 1-2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Required experience in outside or field sales.
  • CRM experience is required, with Salesforce preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in field sales is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales and negotiation with customers is advantageous.
  • Professionalism and a high sense of urgency.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in multiple systems and technologies.
  • Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.
Work Environment

The role covers areas as far north as Indianapolis and as far south as Madison, IN, or Louisville, KY. You will be on the road 3-4 days a week, with the remaining time working from home. Benefits include two weeks of PTO after a successful six-month performance review, uncapped commission potential, a monthly phone bill allowance, and mileage reimbursement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
