As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating Hub partners in assigned regions and maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress within CRM systems. The role requires you to meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals. You will also respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective partners, conduct consultative sales calls, and provide valuable feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
Responsibilities
The work environment includes expected hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with the requirement to come into the office 1-2 times a week for meetings. The role offers the opportunity to join a growing program that partners with small businesses across the US, creating mutually beneficial scenarios. Employees are eligible for 2 weeks of paid time off after a successful performance review, which occurs after 6 months. Additionally, the role includes the potential to earn commissions on outbound sales.
