PickUp USA Fitness is a fast-growing basketball-focused fitness club. Our unique club provides our members with a full weight-room and cardio area, luxury lounges, shooting machines, and several basketball courts.
We are passionate about delivering an unmatched basketball-focused fitness club experience to our members. To do this, we strive to maintain an immaculately clean club that operates one-of-a-kind basketball related services. One of these services is our Officiated PickUp Games. We run back-to-back-to-back organized 10-minute basketball games with 2 referees. It's a great atmosphere for our members and our staff!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
On-Court Referee
o Fair and impartial enforcement of Officiated PickUp Games rules, protocol, and policies in accordance with Brand Standards
Guest Hospitality
o Provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience with the goal of being the best part of someone's day everyday
Job Requirements
Basketball experience is required
Referee experience is preferred
Customer service experience is preferred
Candidate must be energetic and physically be able to meet the demands of a referee

Part-time
Compensation:
Starting pay of $12/hour
