Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Hematology Oncology Physician, you will join our practice in a multispecialty clinic in the incredible community of Bellevue, WA. Candidates should be interested in growing our newly established practice, while forming good relationships with our existing employed physician referral network. As part of our team, you will work alongside local and regional cancer care specialists, all dedicated to improving quality, enhancing patient experience, and advancing clinical standards for those we serve.

Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of patients and their families.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate Hematology Oncologist, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex diseases, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide ongoing management and follow-up care for patients with a wide variety of hematology and oncology diseases.
  • Offer guidance and support to patients and families regarding educational resources and community services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care
  • Stay current with research and best practices in both Hematology and Oncology to provide evidence-based care
  • Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote awareness of cancer care and blood disorder issues

We are offering a guaranteed starting salary followed by a wRVU model, a starting bonus, and relocation assistance. Retirement plans include both 401(k) and 457(b).


Job Requirements

Required

  • Medical Degree
  • Board Certified Hematology and Oncology (ABIM)
  • Unrestricted Washington State Medical License prior to start date
  • DEA with full prescriptive authority
  • Authorized to work in the United States. Not a J-1 Visa eligible opportunity.

Preferences

  • Two or more years of experience after Fellowship training

Pay Range
$530,576 - $677,281 /year
