Job Mission: Ensure effective production operations and optimize procedures with the understanding that production is critical to organizational goals
Responsibilities:
- Produce quality parts on CNC machines including the lathe and mill
- Perform prescribed preventive maintenance on machines
- Maintain clean equipment and safe work environment
- Follow all prescribed safety regulations; willing to wear all safety gear
- Measure, examine, and test completed parts/units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications
- Read blueprints, drawings, and engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations to fabricate products, determine product dimensions and tolerances
- Ability to meet goals, quotas, deadlines
- Manage time, efficiency and performance
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds with assisting tools such as a hoist
- Maintains a safe work environment
Desired Experience:
- Ability to use precision tools; calipers, etc. to take accurate measurements
Challenges:
- Ability to work in an environment that has conditions that change regularly
- Able to stand for long periods of time
