Job Description Job Description Job Mission: Ensure effective production operations and optimize procedures with the understanding that production is critical to organizational goals Responsibilities : Produce quality parts on CNC machines including the lathe and mill Perform prescribed preventive maintenance on machines Maintain clean equipment and safe work environment Follow all prescribed safety regulations; willing to wear all safety gear Measure, examine, and test completed parts/units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications Read blueprints, drawings, and engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations to fabricate products, determine product dimensions and tolerances Ability to meet goals, quotas, deadlines Manage time, efficiency and performance Other duties as assigned.
