The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for real estate and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Market available properties through online listings, social media, signage, and community outreach
- Conduct property tours and respond promptly to leasing inquiries
- Process applications, screen tenants, and prepare lease documents
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs in collaboration with maintenance and management
- Maintain detailed records of leads, showings, and lease activity
- Assist in developing creative marketing strategies to increase occupancy and retention
- Represent Prime Management professionally to prospective and current tenants
