This individual will focus on marketing and leasing our portfolio of apartments, townhomes, and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for real estate and customer service. Responsibilities: Market available properties through online listings, social media, signage, and community outreach Conduct property tours and respond promptly to leasing inquiries Process applications, screen tenants, and prepare lease documents Coordinate move-ins and move-outs in collaboration with maintenance and management Maintain detailed records of leads, showings, and lease activity Assist in developing creative marketing strategies to increase occupancy and retention Represent Prime Management professionally to prospective and current tenants Company Description Prime Management, Inc. is a locally owned property management company specializing in multifamily, residential, and commercial properties across South Georgia.
