What You ll Do
  • Lead clinical care in a high-acuity Level IIIB NICU with approximately 625 annual admissions
  • Serve as Practice Medical Director, overseeing clinical operations and provider performance
  • Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership and academic partners to expand neonatal services
  • Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows
  • Engage in scholarly activities, research projects, and academic presentations
  • Utilize advanced neonatal therapies including high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide therapy
  • Foster multidisciplinary teamwork with pediatric subspecialists, maternal-fetal medicine, and surgical teams
What You Need
  • Required:
    • MD or DO with Board Certification in Neonatology
    • Residency completed in Neonatology
    • Proven leadership or clinical excellence in neonatal intensive care
    • Ability to work within a collaborative, academic, and high-acuity setting
  • Preferred:
    • Experience as Medical Director or similar leadership role
    • Academic or research experience
    • Fellowship training in Neonatology
