What You ll Do

• Assist in gynecological surgeries, including robotic procedures, in an inpatient OR setting
• Collaborate with a surgical team during procedures and patient care
• Provide first assist support during gynecological surgeries, including complex cases
• Work alongside surgeons to ensure smooth operative flow and patient safety
• Document procedures accurately within the EMR system (Cerner/Oracle)
• Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare standards and safety protocols

What You Need
Required:

• First Assist Certification with robotic surgery experience
• Valid NJ medical license or eligibility, no license procurement needed
• Proven experience in gynecological surgery or related procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred:

• Prior experience in inpatient surgical settings
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
