JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: Board Certified (ABOG)
- Licenses: Active Virginia license
- DEA: Active VA DEA and CSR
- Certifications: ABOG, BLS
- Experience: Minimum 50 deliveries and 15 C-sections in the last 12 months
- Other Qualifications: Clean background required for temporary privileges; Self-query NPBD report required; Must be able to cover call and listed dates.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide OB/GYN hospital call coverage (24-hour shifts) and potential clinic coverage.
- Perform vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and other required procedures.
- Round on patients in the morning before clinic.
- Manage nursery admissions (2-3 per day).
- Collaborate with MFM for high-risk patients and OBHG hospitalist.
