Physicians work a predictable Monday Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no nights or weekends, seeing an average of just patients per day.

Compensation is highly competitive, with first-year earnings of $300K+ (higher for experienced physicians) and a sign-on bonus.
