Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

Lead and live ATS Beyond Zero safety culture

Deliver prioritized preliminary weekly schedules to assigned facilities that are fully loaded to 100% of crew capacities

Drive Red/Green Reporting schedule success analysis at assigned facilities

Maintains an organized and prioritized work order backlog to determine the next highest priority jobs to be planned next and maintains the Ready Backlog at or above 4 weeks at assigned facilities

Analyze Work Execution Management current state with hard data to identify fractures in the process

Provide CMMS training as new features are deployed as pertains to Work Execution Management

Assist with Management of Change recognition and governance

Develop and standardize daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators to support meaningful analysis of Work Execution Management

Support Work Execution Management implementation remotely and/or on site

Support Work Execution Management gap analysis remotely and/or on site

Subject Matter Expert to support FMS Operating System Managers remotely and/or on site

Direct on-site level resource to extract higher levels of detail on job plans via field scoping, Technicians and work request originators

Improve job plans based upon Root Cause Analysis findings at assigned facilities

Leverage job plan improvements across assigned facilities. PM, PdM, Regulatory and General job plan types

Actively promote new job plan creation on completed emergency/urgent work requests to foster higher levels of planned work

Assist assigned facilities seeking relevant technical documentation such as drawings, schematics, specifications, spare parts lists from equipment histories, OEM manuals and the Knowledgebase system.

Lead the cycle of continuous improvement process at assigned facilities to create/update reusable Job Plans with technician feedback on all work executed at assigned facilities

Assist assigned in maintaining the integrity of equipment data (Bill of Materials) in CMMS.

Execute periodic Technician skill assessments on planned and completed tasks at assigned facilities

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

Bachelor's degree required in Industrial Engineering field with 1-3 years of maintenance scheduling / planning experience and/or 5 - 10 years as a machine repair technician, or equivalent combination of both

Familiar with industrial manufacturing environment

Electrical/mechanical aptitude

Proficiency with computers, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, and applications including Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships

Desirable KSAs:

Desire to develop leadership attributes

Work Execution Management Certification

Project management and capital project experience preferred

CMRP, Green Belt, STS and/or predictive technology certifications

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to use close vision and color vision. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. Work is typically performed in a factory environment and is usually very loud. In the factory environment, the employee may be exposed to hazardous materials and/or greasy or slippery factory floors.
