Job Description
San Jose, CA suburban area Family NP/PA openings - Experience: Minimum 3-5 years
- Primary care background is ideal with main interest in adult care
- Schedule: 8:30am - 5:30pm with 12:30pm - 1:30pm lunch
- Pay rate: Annual salary of $150,000 - $180,000 depending on experience
- Immediate 401K matching from day one (4% match)

- EPIC EMR - EPIC experience strongly preferred
- Full time (40hrs) or part-time (negotiable)
- San Jose, CA - 2 office locations nearby to each other. May be asked to work at both offices at times.
- 20-25 patients per day
- Year-end bonus depending on company's earnings
- Currently one physician and 3 NPs. Plan is for one MD and 1 more NP this year.
- No loan assistance available
- Patient base is mostly adults; they accept children 5+ years.
- In office procedures such as Pap smear, Injections (vaccines, joints-cortisone, PPD etc.) , EKG, Suture and Staples removal and wound dressing.
