Setting: 127-bed hospital, Level III trauma, high acuity
Schedule: Full-time (80 hrs/pay period) or part-time (48 hrs/pay period)
Shifts: As assigned (details discussed during interview)
Call: Paid call, shared equitably among team
Post-call day off
Weekend call shared
Team Structure: Collaborative group of physicians and CRNAsPractice Style: 100% independent CRNA practiceCases: All except heads/hearts; includes healthy pedsProcedures: Wide range, including all types of blocksFacilities: 7 ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, nearby ASCEMR: EpicRequirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a practicing CRNA (no new grads)
Licensure: Must be eligible for Oregon licensure
Background: Must provide NPDB self-query; clean malpractice and background required
Relocation: Must reside locally (or be willing to relocate)
