- Seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic Primary Care Now/Same Day Clinic team
- Position will involve providing comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients in a cross-coverage role
- The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will work collaboratively with a physician supervisor and another APP to deliver high-quality care to patients with both acute and chronic health concerns
- Under Physician supervision, the Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner may assume primary responsibility in their respective specialty area according to federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
- Responsible for management of selected at risk or complex patients and aggregate patient populations in collaboration with physicians, nurses and other Healthcare team members.
- Must demonstrate the knowledge, critical thinking and skills to plan, coordinate and provide care on a continuing basis.
Requirements:Education: Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with Board Certification Licensure: Current and unrestricted NP or PA licensure in the state of South Dakota.
Preferred:1+ years of Clinical Experience; 1+ years of Healthcare ExperienceProficient with Epic EMR
