Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) IDD Pennsylvania ICF!

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to provide exceptional care within our Pennsylvania ICF (Intermediate Care Facility). This is a vital opportunity to be part of a supportive team committed to enhancing quality of life and fostering independence for our residents.

What You ll Do:
  • Provide hands-on nursing care to individuals with IDD in a dynamic residential setting.
  • Rotate through different homes within the same campus to ensure personalized and consistent care.
  • Work 24-hour weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday), with an expectation to rotate locations as needed.
  • Complete a 5-day orientation program (Monday-Friday, daylight hours) to familiarize with policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Required Skills:
  • Valid and current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
  • Strong clinical skills and a genuine compassion for individuals with disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to rotating schedules and work weekend shifts.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in an ICF or similar residential healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of IDD care best practices.
  • Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • LPN licensure with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related setting.
  • Prior experience with IDD populations is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Other Requirements:
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotating shifts.
  • Reliable transportation for rotating assignments within the campus.
