Required Skills:
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification and current Board Certification
  • Valid North Carolina state license
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of anesthesia practice experience
  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems
  • ACLS and PALS certifications
  • Ability to float between multiple locations and adapt to various patient populations
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia equipment including Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in vascular, neuro, or pediatric anesthesia
  • Prior experience working in high-volume hospital settings
  • Comfort with complex patient cases across different age groups
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and adapt to changing schedules

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master s or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia from an accredited program
  • At least 1-2 years of hands-on anesthesia care in hospital environments
  • Experience with diverse case types including general, ortho, gyn, and trauma

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to start within 60-90 days of credentialing
  • Willingness to work full-time 7A-3P shifts (Monday and Friday priority), with flexibility for coverage needs
  • Willingness to float across multiple locations, primarily Moses Cone
  • No new graduate CRNAs; candidates must possess relevant anesthesia practice experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-OR environment with patients of all ages
  • Compliance with all hospital policies and licensing requirements
