Compensation

$ - $ per hour (based on experience)+ $ shift differential for swing and graveyard shifts

About the Roles

We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented team members to join our manufacturing operations. In these roles, you will:

Assemble high-quality windows and doorsOperate production equipment and machineryEnsure quality standards are metMaintain a safe, efficient work environment

Entry-level opportunities are available with training provided, along with roles requiring prior manufacturing or technical experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Prior manufacturing, machine operation, or quality experience (required for select roles)Ability to read and interpret work orders or blueprints (training available for entry-level roles)Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordinationAbility to safely use hand and power toolsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsStrong teamwork and communication skillsPositive attitude and strong work ethic
