Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - (CRNA)

1. POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides anesthesia services within a collaborative practice environment. The role offers a stable schedule with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays, along with competitive compensation and multiple employment options. New graduates are welcome to apply.
2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical specialties
• Conduct pre anesthesia assessments and postoperative evaluations
• Deliver intraoperative anesthesia management
• Perform blocks and obstetric anesthesia if desired
• Collaborate with CRNAs and physicians in a team based model
• Maintain accurate documentation within the organization s industry standard EMR
3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
4. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Open to new graduates (no additional preferences stated)
5. COMPETENCIES
• Clinical proficiency in anesthesia care
• Strong procedural and perioperative management skills
• Effective communication within a multidisciplinary team
• Professionalism and ethical clinical practice
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively based on preference
6. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide anesthesia for orthopedic, general surgery, vascular, thoracic, neuro, OB/GYN, urology, GI, plastics, and podiatry cases
• Minimal pediatric involvement; may increase with future service expansion
• No open hearts or transplant cases
• Option to perform blocks and obstetric anesthesia independently
• Provide care within a community hospital setting

8. WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: Hospital; Inpatient; Outpatient; Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
• Team of CRNAs and physicians within a collaborative anesthesia model
• Single site CRNA practice location
• Access to modern operating rooms and industry standard EMR
• Clinical support from multidisciplinary surgical and perioperative teams
9. SCHEDULE & CALL REQUIREMENTS
• No call
• No nights
• No weekends
• No holidays
• 8 or 10 hour shifts
• Six weeks of PTO for W2 employment
10. REPORTING STRUCTURE
This position reports to Clinical Leadership and collaborates with anesthesia, surgical, and operational teams across the organization.
