Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

1. POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides independent anesthesia services within a critical access hospital environment. The CRNA will join a small anesthesia team practicing autonomously across multiple surgical and procedural settings. The role offers a stable schedule, competitive compensation, and opportunities for additional earnings through call and quality incentives.
2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide independent anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties
• Conduct pre anesthesia evaluations, intraoperative management, and postoperative assessments
• Deliver anesthesia services in operating rooms and endoscopy suites
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation
• Collaborate with anesthesia team members including CRNAs and an anesthesiologist
• Maintain accurate documentation within the organization s industry standard EMR
• Support quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives
3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Ability to function independently in a full scope anesthesia practice

6. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide anesthesia services in 5 operating rooms and endoscopy suites
• Deliver full scope anesthesia care across surgical and procedural specialties
• Participate in call rotation (1:4)
• Collaborate with a team consisting of CRNAs and an anesthesiologist
• Support perioperative workflow and patient coordination

8. WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: Hospital; Inpatient; Outpatient; Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
• Small anesthesia team including CRNAs and an anesthesiologist
• Critical access hospital setting with multiple ORs and procedural suites
• Access to modern anesthesia and perioperative technology, including industry standard EMR
• Integrated clinical support resources across care settings
9. SCHEDULE & CALL REQUIREMENTS
• Full time schedule; 4 10 hour shifts preferred
• Average workweek of hours
• Call rotation approximately 1:4
• Additional earnings available through call and quality incentives

This position reports to Clinical Leadership and collaborates with anesthesia, surgical, and operational teams across the organization.
