What You ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop personalized care plans for diverse patient populations.
• Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care during a variety of surgical and diagnostic procedures.
• Monitor patients vigilantly throughout procedures, managing anesthesia-related complications effectively.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management to ensure optimal patient recovery.
• Maintain precise documentation in accordance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff, to deliver seamless patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Current RN license and NBCRNA certification.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program with a Master s or Doctorate degree.
• Board Certification through AANA.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.
• Ability to perform procedures such as arterial line insertions, IV placements, and floor intubations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with outpatient and inpatient anesthesia across a variety of surgical specialties.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system.
• Previous experience working in a Level 3 trauma center.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid state licensure as required.
• Prior experience as a CRNA in hospital-based settings.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply, with supportive onboarding.

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work 8 or 10-hour day shifts.
• Estimated credentialing time of 90-120 days.
• Travel and licensure reimbursements available when applicable.
• No mileage reimbursement; background check and application fees are not covered.
