What You ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop personalized care plans for diverse patient populations.
- Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care during a variety of surgical and diagnostic procedures.
- Monitor patients vigilantly throughout procedures, managing anesthesia-related complications effectively.
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management to ensure optimal patient recovery.
- Maintain precise documentation in accordance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff, to deliver seamless patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RN license and NBCRNA certification.
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program with a Master s or Doctorate degree.
- Board Certification through AANA.
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
- BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.
- Ability to perform procedures such as arterial line insertions, IV placements, and floor intubations.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with outpatient and inpatient anesthesia across a variety of surgical specialties.
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system.
- Previous experience working in a Level 3 trauma center.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as required.
- Prior experience as a CRNA in hospital-based settings.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply, with supportive onboarding.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work 8 or 10-hour day shifts.
- Estimated credentialing time of 90-120 days.
- Travel and licensure reimbursements available when applicable.
- No mileage reimbursement; background check and application fees are not covered.
