Requirements:
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform oil changes, tire rotations, tire mounting & balancingInspect brakes, batteries, filters, fluids, and wiper bladesComplete multi-point vehicle inspections accuratelyFollow Subaru factory standards and dealership processesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaCommunicate clearly with service advisors about vehicle needsDeliver fast, high-quality service with a customer-first mindsetQualificationsPrevious experience as a Quick Lane Tech, Lube Tech, or Entry-Level Automotive Technician preferredBasic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitudeValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and safetyTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeAbility to successfully pass background check and drug screen.
