What You'll Bring:

• Valid New York State LPN license with the ability to obtain or maintain CPR certification
• At least 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in an inpatient or emergency setting
• Proficiency in IV placement and phlebotomy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working in Pediatric Emergency Departments or similar pediatric acute care units
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Ability to perform routine patient care functions efficiently and effectively

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in emergency or pediatric care settings

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work every other weekend and some holidays
• Willingness to assist with procedures such as injections, pap smears, and other clinical tasks
• Ability to perform routine office duties, including scheduling and chart preparation
• Contact insurance companies and primary care physicians for authorizations and referrals when needed
• Keep clinical areas clean and organized, supporting overall patient safety and quality care
