Our thriving Interventional Pain Management and Spine practice is seeking a "go-getter" Practice Coordinator/ Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. We are looking for a professional who puts the patient first, demonstrating the initiative to work independently while excelling as a team player. The ideal candidate is a high-energy multi-tasker who knows when to slow down to provide personalized, high-quality service. Must be able to bring a warm and empathetic smile to the forward facing role as the patients first point of contact, offering a professional experience.


Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and hardworking individual to join our physical therapy team! This is a dual-role position with responsibilities both in the treatment area and at the front desk.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting physical therapists with exercise programs
  • Bringing patients to and from treatment areas
  • Cleaning and preparing treatment tables & equipment
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering phones and checking patients in and out
  • Keeping the clinic clean, organized, and patient-focused

Ideal Candidate:

  • Friendly, professional, and a team player
  • Comfortable interacting with patients and multitasking
  • Organized and reliable
  • Prior experience in healthcare, fitness, or customer service is a plus-but not required! Training will be provided.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Mandatory background in a medical office or facility setting.

Skills: 2+ years of customer service and computer skills; 1 year of medical terminology (preferred).

Technical Knowledge: Check-in/Check Out experience is required. Knowledge of eClinicalWorks (eCW), Phreesia, and insurance verification is highly helpful.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Attributes: Professional, mature, reliable, and a quick learner who can work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
