Compensation

• Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay rate of $125/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock.

• Daily Encounters: 153

• Staffing Model:
  • 6 Physicians/1 APP in the daytime

• The hospitalist team includes 16 Physicians and 12 APPs
• Clinical Decision Unit managed by the Hospitalist floor service
